02 · Personal possibilities
Would you like cabinets that reach the ceiling? Ask about cabinet height and the options that may be possible for your chosen home.
03 · Personal possibilities
On a previous home, the laundry room and bathroom were reconfigured to create a junior suite. Similar changes require review of the plan, plumbing, permits and construction stage.

Sometimes a small touch makes a big difference. A doggy door is one example of a change made on a past home. Tell us what would make daily life easier.
05 · Personal possibilities
One owner’s project involves an ADU after closing. An ADU is a separate project with its own site review, permits, agreement, costs and schedule; it is not included in the advertised home price.

Past projects are examples, not a promise that the same change is available on every home or homesite. Cabinet-to-ceiling requests and other ideas require builder review. Photos show model homes and may include options, upgrades and furnishings.

A personal process
Start with a home you love
Explore approximately 1,500–2,082 square feet, then ask what may be possible in the home you choose. Models are open daily, 11 AM–5 PM.
All modifications are subject to builder review and written approval, engineering, code and permitting requirements, site conditions, construction stage, product availability, pricing and timing. Structural, accessibility and room-layout changes may not be feasible on every home. ADUs and work performed after closing require separate agreements and approvals. Confirm the features included in your home’s purchase price.
Take the next step
